It's simple - provide us with a set of keys, we'll keep a close eye on your property or boat, send you regular photos and videos, and inform you of any problems that you may wish to address.

We'll visit as often as you like, and can even have your apartment, house, villa or boat cleaned and ready for your arrival. We'll make the beds, haul outdoor furniture up from your basement, deep clean and more according to your preference - arrive to a ready-to-go property or boat.
