Our primary service is offering you regular inspections and status reporting for your vacant apartment, house, villa or boat.

When your property or boat is unoccupied for a month, 3 months, the winter or the whole year, we can provide you with reliable information to protect your assets in your absence.

Visits to your property can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or customised to suit you.
​
Immediately after each visit, we will inform you of the status of your property or boat using photographs and videos, as well as the completed property checklist.
​
Any issues will of course be reported to you, and we'll discuss the necessary course of action and organise trusted local contractors should you wish.

We will care for your property like you do, so that when it's time to head to your apartment, house, villa or boat for your holiday, you won't have any nasty surprises!

We'll alert you to unexpected property problems that may arise before they turn into major problems with costly solutions.
